Twin Blades was released late last year on the iPhone and the iPad version has been in the works for a while now. The game is a hack-n-slash style title that had some great looking graphics when first released.
When I first heard that Two Tribes were involved in the iPhone/iPod Touch version of Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs, my hopes for the game rose considerably. They had an excellent release earlier in the year on the iDevices in the form of Toki Tori and I’m pleased to say that they haven’t disappointed me with Ice Age one bit. Now they have released a slightly updated version of the game for the Apple iPad and once again it is a great title, only strangely lacking achievement support.

Powerline networking has started to become more popular over the past year – mostly due to the work both Devolo and Netgear have done with their products. Devolo were one of the first companies I went to when I setup a powerline network at home a couple of years ago and it was as simple as they said it would be. At the time the speed wasn’t the best, but it did the job I wanted when my wireless network range either wasn’t great or the PC didn’t have a wireless card in it.
