Codemasters® today revealed the DirectX 11-powered Games for Windows Live edition of Colin McRae: DiRT 2 at Microsoft Corp.’s New York Windows 7 Launch Event. Codemasters also announced that the Games for Windows Live version of the highly-anticipated racer will be shipping on December 1st in North America and releasing on December 3rd through EPAC territories with a December 4th street date in the UK.
Once in a while a game comes along that you just know is going to be good. Fallout 3 was one of those games, the same developers as the excellent Elder Scrolls have made it: Oblivion title that won loads of awards for its excellent gameplay almost 3 years ago. The Fallout series used to be based on an isometric view, where as here we go into full 3D in either first person or third person views.
There have been a few decent superhero game adaptations over the years, dating back to Batman titles on the Spectrum that I remember playing through. Recently Spiderman 2 was one of the better ones, but leave it to Batman once again to show just how great a game based on a superhero comic book character can be.
