It is unlikely that many of you haven’t realised that today hasn’t been a good day to work for Sony, or infact to be an owner of one of the older Fat Playstation 3 consoles. As of late last night a PS3 trying to login will get a 8001050F error as soon as the system attempts to connect to the PlayStation Network. The bug causes the date on the system to be reset to 1st January 2000, and reseting the clock manually makes no difference what so ever.
